Tales from the Darkside - Season 01 Episode 08 - Inside the Closet<br>
Watching this series in 2020, I'm disappointed. The stories definitely don't hold up well for today's world, unlike the Twilight Zone which still has strong stories.<br>
This story was unclear in many parts:<br>
The man taught veterinary medicine, so was the thing in the closet a monkey? It was his daughters room - was she in the closet? He said she lived elsewhere, was he lying? Did he experiment on his daughter or did he do that to keep her alive? He talked about the wife - maybe it was the wife in the closet? the story isn't strong enough to figure these questions out and it makes the whole episode terrible to watch.

Also, the acting when the door is opening and closing is horrible, but I'll chalk it up to the times and isn't relevant to story discussion.
